The Planning Department maintains a wide array of printed maps and aerial photographs that are available for purchase. These materials may be obtained by phone, mail, or by visiting the department between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on weekdays. The Planning Department is located in room 432 of the Michaelian Office Building,148 Martine Ave., White Plains. Directions are available online. Many of the mapped features and other geographic data layers can be viewed or downloaded in ARC/Info export format from Westchester County's GIS web site.
In order to view and purchase maps and aerial photos you will be required to show two forms of identification.

The department can produce enlarged black-line aerial prints for the years: 2000 1995, 1990, 1986, 1980, 1976, 1969-70 and 1961-62 at $ 3.00/ea. Call (914) 995-4418 for an appointment or to obtain a historical index.
Historical aerial photographs for the years 2000, 1995, 1990, 1986, 1980, 1976, 1970, 1965, 1960, 1954, 1947, 1940, 1926 and 1925 are available for viewing both in original form (9" x 9" B&W contact prints) and digitally at a computer kiosk in the Planning Department.
